These terms cover your use of Binx, a Dungeons & Dragons character-management app. By using Binx, you agree to them.
Binx is provided "as is," for personal, non-commercial use, to help you build and manage tabletop RPG characters. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast.
Binx requires signing in with Apple or Google before use. You're responsible for keeping access to whichever account you sign in with — it's how Binx recognizes you and how a Binx Pro subscription is matched back to you.
Signing out from the app's Settings clears your identity from that device.
Binx Pro is an auto-renewing subscription — monthly or every 6 months — purchased through the App Store. It unlocks unlimited characters, unlimited custom gear and items, the custom class and race builders, unlimited sheet themes, and iCloud sync across your devices.
All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by the developer directly.
Binx is free to use with up to 2 characters and 2 custom gear pieces. The class and race builders and iCloud sync require Binx Pro.
If a subscription lapses while you're over those limits, nothing is deleted — you choose which 2 characters and 2 gear pieces stay active, and the rest remain saved on your device but locked until you resubscribe.
The characters and homebrew content you create belong to you. Binx stores them on your device — and, for Pro subscribers, in your own iCloud account — and lets you export and share them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Binx is provided without warranties of any kind. The developer isn't liable for lost data, lost purchases, or any other damages arising from use of the app, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Binx after a change means you accept the update.
Where these terms don't cover something, Apple's Standard License Agreement applies.
